Scrumdiddly’s is one of the finest ice-cream shops around. Scrumdiddly’s first opened their doors in Donabate. They now have two permanents shops Donabate and Dun Laoghaire. They also have a pop-up shop in Arnott’s in town leading up to the festive Christmas season. Nothing beats a refreshing tub of thick ice cream after a long day at the beach, a nice walk on the pier,or even a stressful day of shopping.

If your feeing moody, a trip out to Scrumdiddly’s is sure to put that smile back on your face. Walking into the shops makes you feel like a child again. The shop encourages your inner child’s imagination by letting you create your own crazy and unique ice cream. The menus displayed on the walls show Scrumdiddly’s very own creations and are sure to get the taste buds watering.

When you arrive at the counter of Scrumdiddly’s wild toppings are clearly displayed. The fun filled ice cream shop allows you to put anything on your ice cream from fresh strawberries to chocolate buttons or even sour jellies. They also have a large variety of sauces including my personal favourite the Ferro Roche sauce. Scrumdiddly’s does not only offer ice cream, it also offers hot crepes and waffles. Don’t worry a trip to Scrumdiddly’s will not break the bank, as it is surprisingly cheaper than expected.

My personal favourite to get in Scrumdiddly’s is a large scrummy tub, which cost as litte as €2.50. In the scrummy tub you get ice cream with 3 toppings of your choice and a sauce. When I order a scrummy tub, I usually get ice cream with chocolate buttons, Maltesers, fresh strawberries smothered in Ferro Roche sauce. In my opinion, this is to die for!!!!!!
During the summer months scrumdiddly’s are in a high demand, but not even hail, rain or snow will stop this ice cream shop from having a queue out its doors.
